Hi there, my name is Jen.  Welcome to my blog!   I’m a mother, dog owner, nature lover, wanna-be herbalist, former nutrition counselor and recipe developer, and now a realtor. 

Blogging is a way for me to stay connected to my passions of natural health and wellness and also to complement my real estate business. 

For me, the two are intimately connected.  Your home should be your personal wellness center.  Helping people find their dream home, and create their own version of a “wellhome”, is something I am so excited to do. 

The three pillars of WellHome are Luxury, Wellness and Sustainability.   

Now, I know what you are thinking.  Luxury seems like an outsider here.  But it’s really not when you think about it.   Luxury is not about the price tag; it is about the feeling of comfort or pleasure that something gives you.  And it means different things to different people.  What does luxury mean to you?

Wellness is “the state of being in good health especially as an actively sought goal”. It applies to all areas of life- mental, physical, emotional.  And for me, it includes your home life as well.  Clearing out the clutter and making space for healthy habits to take root and grow.  What are your wellness goals?

Sustainability is all about using resources in a way that doesn’t deplete them.  Of course, this includes natural resources that we use to build our homes and keep them running on a daily basis.  But our bodies and minds are resources that need to be sustained as well.  How do you incorporate sustainability into your daily life?

This blog will feature the products, people and places that I think are noteworthy, as well as some original recipes.  My hope is that it will inspire you on your own journey towards creating a wellhome.
